What this site is

This site showcases our original designs and links to our Etsy shop, where all purchases are made. Products are printed to order and fulfilled through Printify's print partners.

Purchases, shipping, and returns

Because every sale happens on Etsy, your purchase is governed by Etsy's terms of use and our Etsy shop policies — including payment, shipping times, returns, and refunds. If anything goes wrong with an order, contact us through Etsy or at [email protected] and we'll make it right within what those policies allow.

Our designs are ours

All designs, artwork, product photos, and text on this site are the intellectual property of Dusk & Lane. Buying a product gives you the product — not a license to reproduce, resell, or reprint the design. Please don't copy our work.

No warranties beyond the law

This site and its content are provided "as is." We make no warranties beyond those required by applicable law (your statutory consumer rights are not affected). We do our best to keep product information accurate, but prices and availability are controlled by our Etsy listings, which win if the two ever disagree. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website itself.

Studio services (SEO, writing, copy) listed on our Services page are sold through Fiverr and governed by Fiverr's terms of service.
